Cheesy Baked Tortellini

  homemade marinara sauce -- see recipe

  homemade cheese tortellini -- see recipe

 low fat ricotta cheese

 low fat Mozzarella cheese -- shredded

  Parmesan cheese -- grated

  vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x11 inch casserole dish.

In a large skillet brown the beef until no pink remains. Drain.

Add the ricotta, marinara sauce, and Italian seasoning. 

Add the tortellini and heat mixture until bubbling.

Transfer mixture to prepared dish.

Sprinkle the Mozzarella and Parmesan over tortellini.

Cover and bake for 30 minutes.

Notes: You can use jarred marinara sauce and frozen tortellini. To make it vegetarian leave out the meat.
