Pour the drippings into a fat separator and let sit until fat has risen to the top.

Heat butter in saucepan until melted. Add flour and cook until it forms a light colored roux.

Add turkey drippings and broth. Heat to boiling stirring until thickened.

Add salt and pepper and serve hot.
