Superb Scrambled Eggs

2                 small              Canadian bacon slices -- diced
4                 whole             eggs
1                 tablespoon    milk, 2% low fat
1/4              teaspoon       onion salt
1                 tablespoon     butter
1/8              teaspoon        paprika
Melt butter in frying pan. Mix eggs, milk, onion salt and paprika in a small bowl. Pour into pan along with the cheese and Canadian bacon. Stir constantly over medium heat until eggs are soft and fluffy and cheese is melted. Makes 4 servings.
