Heat oven to 400°F. Mix flour, salt, cayenne, thyme, and panko together in a flat dish. Beat egg with Worcestershire sauce. Peel eggs. Wrap sausage around each egg. Dip sausage wrapped egg in egg wash and let excess drip off. Roll egg in bread crumb mixture. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 30 to 35 minutes or until pork is cooked through. NOTES : You can heat enough oil to deep fry to 365°F and deep fry the eggs if you wish. |
