  pork tenderloin -- sliced and pounded thin

  egg -- beaten

  panko

  Parmesan cheese

  quick spaghetti sauce -- see recipe

 low fat mozzarella cheese

Beat egg and water together in pie pan. Mix panko, Parmesan and Italian seasoning together in another pie pan.

Heat oven to 350°F.

Pound the pork between plastic until it is about 1/4 inch thick. Dip slices in egg mixture and let excess drip off. Place in bread mixture and press to coat both sides.

Heat oil in large skillet and brown pork on both sides. Remove to 13x9x2 inch dish.

Cover browned pork with spaghetti sauce.

Bake for 25 minutes.

Top with mozzarella sauce and bake for 5 minutes more until cheese is golden.
