Mix mincemeat, walnuts, apple, raisin, brown sugar, sherry, and lemon zest together. Let marinate for at least 1 hour. Heat oven to 425°F. Line pie plate with one of the pie crusts. Pour filling into crust. Place second crust over the top and pinch the sides together. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. Serving Size: 8 |
