  vegetable cooking spray

Heat oven to 325°F. Spray a 5x9 inch loaf pan.

Mix the meatloaf ingredients together and press into a loaf pan.

Mix the sauce ingredients together and spread on top of loaf.

Bake for 1 hour or until loaf is set.
