Cover a tray with foil and spread out lemon zest and peppercorns. Put in an oven or toaster oven set on low for 30 - 60 minutes or until lemon has dried out completely. Using a spice grinder or mortar and pestle crush lemon and pepper mixture. Add salt. Place in a covered jar. Serving Size: 10 |
