Heat oil in large saucepan and add shallot. Cook until softened. Add tomato paste and garlic. Cook for one minute. Add remaining ingredients and heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Store in a jar with lid. Serving Size: 16 |
