Heat oven to 350°F. Cover a rack set over baking sheet with foil and poke holes in the foil.

Mix panko, wine, cheese, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, Dijon, and Worcestershire together thoroughly.

Add meat and gently mix together. Don't over work or loaves will become tough.

Shape 4 loaves and place on foiled cover rack.

Add 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning to barbecue sauce. Divide sauce evenly over the four loaves.

Bake for 35 minutes or until meat is done.
