Heat mushrooms and ham in microwave for 30 seconds to one minute until warm. Set aside. Mix eggs, milk, salt and paprika together. Heat frying pan on medium and add tablespoon of butter. Pour egg mixture into pan and cook lifting edges to allow uncooked egg to hit the pan. When the omelet is still a bit wet put mushrooms, ham, and cheese on one side of omelet. Fold other half over filling. Cook on both sides until lightly brown and egg in center is no longer wet and runny. Makes 1 serving. |
