Ginger Rub

  olive oil -- extra light

  fresh ginger root -- minced fine or grated

  teaspoon

  crushed red pepper

Heat all ingredients together in a small fry pan until simmering. Simmer for 30 minutes. Blend until smooth using a blender or immersion blender.

Let cool and store in a covered container.

Rub onto affected area every couple of hours.

NOTES : This can be used for arthritis, neuropathy pain, bruises, etc.
