Easy Hollandaise Sauce

  egg yolks

  fresh lemon juice

  cayenne pepper

  low sodium Worcestershire sauce

  unsalted butter -- melted

In a blender mix eggs yolks, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and blend for about 5 seconds or until fully blended.

With blender on high speed pour the butter in a thin stream into egg mixture. It should thicken almost immediately.

Keep sauce warm by placing it in a container over hot tap water.
