Deviled Green Beans

Boil green beans for 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Plunge in ice water to stop cooking. Heat oil in frying pan and cook onion and green pepper until soft. Add garlic and cook until fragrant about 30 seconds. Add tomato sauce, pimentos, green beans, and mustard to onion mixture. Cook until heated through. Sprinkle cheese over bean mixture before serving. Makes 4 servings. |
