  frozen corn -- defrosted

  Cajun spice mix -- see recipe

Fry bacon until crisp. Remove from pan to paper towels.

Add onion, green peppers, and celery to pan. Cook until onion starts to brown and vegetables are softening.

Add corn and Cajun spices. Cook for another 3 to 5 minutes or until corn is tender.

Makes 6 servings.
