Cranberry Relish

  orange juice

  brown sugar

  ground cinnamon

  ground nutmeg

  teaspoon

  ground cloves

  teaspoon

  ginger root -- minced fine

  sherry

Soak raisins in sherry for 30 minutes.

In a saucepan heat orange juice and add sugar stirring until dissolved.

Add remaining ingredients including any sherry that is not absorbed.

Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and cook for 30 minutes or until cranberries start bursting open.
