Chicken Fajitas

  homemade salsa -- see recipe

  low sodium cheddar cheese -- shredded

Heat oil in skillet over medium high. Add taco seasoning, chicken, onion, and peppers. Cook until chicken is cooked through and onion and peppers are softened.

Spread chicken mixture down center or tortilla and top with salsa and cheese.
