Caprese Pizza

  Roma tomatoes -- sliced thin

  fresh basil leaves -- torn

  mozzarella cheese -- fresh and sliced

Heat oven to 425F.

Using 1 tablespoon of the olive oil spread evenly on pizza pan.

Fit dough to pan.

Brush remaining olive oil over top of dough. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and Italian seasoning.

Bake dough for 8 minutes.

Layer the dough with basil leaves. Cover the leaves with the tomato slices and olives.

Cover the tomatoes with the cheese. You want fresh mozzarella for this which can usually be found in the deli section. Many of them come presliced.

Bake for 6 to 8 minutes.
