Cajun Potatoes and Onions

Boil potatoes for 15 minutes until tender. |
While potatoes are boiling melt butter in a large frying pan along with olive oil. Add sliced onions. Cook until caramelized, about 15 minutes. |
Drain potatoes and add to onions in frying pan. Add spice mixture. Heat
and stir until potatoes are browned.
