Bratwurst and Rice Skillet

  fire roasted diced tomatoes

  instant rice

  no salt added tomato sauce

  vegetable oil

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat and add onion and sausages. Cook until sausages brown and onions are soft.

Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

While sausage is cooking drain tomatoes and water if necessary to make one cup and cook rice.

Add rice, corn, olives, tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to sausage mixture. Heat to a simmer.

Lower heat and cook for 10 minutes or until corn is tender.
