 flour tortillas -- fajita size


Add oil to large frying pan and heat to medium. Add beef and cook until no pink remains.

Add tomatoes, onions, and garlic. Cook until vegetables start to soften.

Add remaining ingredients except tortillas and cheese. Heat until boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Spread filling down center of each tortilla and fold sides over. Place seam side down on a plate.

Sprinkle with cheese over top.

Heat in microwave on high for 1 minute.
