Basic White Sauce

  all-purpose flour

  2% milk

  salt

Melt butter in small saucepan. Add flour and salt and stir for a minute or two to get out the raw flour taste.

Add milk slowly stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and stir until thickened.

Notes:  You must stir constantly with this sauce so it doesn't burn.
