  extra lean ground beef

  Italian sausage -- remove casings

 low fat ricotta cheese

 low fat Mozzarella cheese -- shredded

  Parmesan cheese -- grated

  vegetable cooking spray

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13 inch pan.

Cook ziti according to package directions. Mix with egg and 1/2 cup Mozzarella.

Cook ground beef and sausage until browned. Drain any fat.

Add spaghetti sauce to meat and heat for 15 minutes.

Layer 1/3 of meat mixture in prepared pan. Top with 1/2 pasta. Repeat layers ending with meat sauce.

Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake for 30 minutes.
