
Spicy Mustard Potatoes

| Slice but don't peel the potatoes. Add salt to boiling water and add potatoes bringing back up to a boil. Boil for 18 minutes or until tender. | 
| Mix Dijon, paprika, pepper, garlic salt, basil, oregano, and sherry in a medium bowl. Drain potatoes and add to spice mixture. Heat large frying pan to medium-medium high and melt butter. Add potatoes and fry until hot.  |
