Roasted Cauliflower

  cauliflower -- separated into florets

  olive oil

  cloves

  garlic -- minced fine

  kosher salt

  grated fresh Parmesan cheese -- optional

Heat oven to 350F.

Place florets in a large plastic bad. Add olive oil, garlic, and salt. Shake to coat florets evenly.

Spray a baking sheet with non-stick oil. Spread cauliflower in a single layer. Bake 25 to 30 minutes turning half way through.

If desired sprinkle with cheese and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
