Naan Bread

 warm water



 granulated sugar



 active dry yeast (one package)






 all-purpose flour

Add sugar and yeast to water until it starts to foam. Let foam for at least 5 minutes.

Add flour and salt to mix and mix well. Turn out onto a floured cabinet.

Knead the bread until smooth about 20 times. 

Form into a ball and place in a well oiled bowl turning to have oiled side on top. Cover and let raise until doubled.

Divide bread into 8 pieces and roll each piece until 1/8 inch thick.

Heat a griddle to high and cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.

Serve warm.
