| Soak the dried fruit in sherry until plump. Drain. In a saucepan combine orange juice, 1 tablespoon sugar, and cornstarch. Cook and stir until bubbly. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Fold in yogurt, bananas, and fruit. Chill 2 hours. Beat egg white with remaining sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold into fruit mixture. Makes 8 servings |
