Cherry Fudge

 semisweet chocolate chips



 fat-free sweetened condensed milk



 vanilla extract



 white chocolate chips



 maraschino cherries -- cut into quarters

1  tablespoon  cherry juice from maraschino cherries
Melt chocolate and 1 scant cup of condensed milk in a saucepan. 

Add marshmallow fluff, vanilla extract and 2/3 of cherries.

Butter an 8x8 inch pan and pour chocolate mixture into pan or line with waxed paper. Refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes.

Melt white chocolate chips with remaining condensed milk. Add the remaining cherries and 2 tablespoons of the cherry juice.

Spread white chocolate mixture over fudge and refrigerate until set.

Cut into 64 pieces.
