Caramel Apples

1   pound   caramel candy
2   tablespoons   water
6   medium   Granny Smith apples
In a double boiler melt the caramels and add water. Stir until smooth.

Place a tick in the apple and dip it into the caramel.

Place on wax paper to cool.
