n a large bowl mix dry ingredients together.

Mix the wet ingredients together.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry just until combined.

Spray the waffle iron and bake according to instructions.

Notes: You can use 1 3/4 cup water and 7 tablespoons buttermilk powder.
