Tuna Teriyaki

  tuna steaks -- 1 inch thick

  low sodium soy sauce

  sesame oil

 rice wine vinegar

  ginger root -- minced

  clove

  garlic -- minced

  tablespoon

  sherry

  tablespoon

  brown sugar

Mix all ingredients except tuna together in a Ziploc bag. Add tuna and let marinate for at least one hour..

Remove tuna from marinade and either grill or broil for 2 to 4 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
