 English muffins -- split in half

 tuna in water -- drained

 pimientos -- minced

 four-cheese Mexican-style shredded cheese

 Dijon mustard

Mix tuna, pimentos, cheese and Dijon mustard together.
Split the English muffins in half and divide tuna evenly and spread on each half.

Toast in a toaster oven or under a broiler for a couple of minutes.
