 almonds -- toasted and minced

  five-spice powder

  vegetable cooking spray


Heat oven to 375°F.

Mix rice, 1/3 cup panko, egg, teriyaki sauce, ginger, almonds, and five-spice powder together. Shape into 1 inch balls.

Roll rice balls in remaining panko crumbs and place on baking sheet sprayed with vegetable oil.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
