Teriyaki Fruit Glazed Ham

Heat oven to 350°F. Put orange juice, peel, mustard, teriyaki sauce, maple syrup, brown sugar, five spice and plum sauce in a measuring cup. Mix thoroughly. Put ham in shallow pan. Brush sauce over outside of ham opening up slices and drizzling sauce inside on them. You won't need all the sauce. Cover ham with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Pour remaining sauce into a small saucepan and heat to boiling. Add cornstarch to water and mix into the sauce. Stir until thickened. Serve on side with ham. |
