Teriyaki Beef and Mushrooms

low-sodium teriyaki sauce

five-spice powder

Add oil to a hot wok or frying pan. Add garlic, shallots and ginger. Stir fry for 30 seconds. Push to sides.
Add beef slices. Stir fry for one minute. Push aside.
Add mushrooms. Stir fry for one minute.
Add teriyaki sauce and five spice powder. Stir to coat meat and mushrooms. Cook for an additional minute or until meat is to your preference.
