| Add oil to a hot wok or frying pan. Add garlic, shallots and ginger. Stir fry for 30 seconds. Push to sides. |
| Add beef slices. Stir fry for one minute. Push aside. |
| Add mushrooms. Stir fry for one minute. |
| Add teriyaki sauce and five spice powder. Stir to coat meat and mushrooms.
Cook for an additional minute or until meat is to your preference. Makes 4 servings. |
