Tasty Chicken Nuggets with Honey Mustard Sauce

Preheat oven to 400F.

Cut chicken into 1 1/2 inch pieces.

Mix panko, cheese, thyme, and basil together in a plate.

Mix flour, salt, and pepper together in a plate.

Mix egg whites and water in a plate.

Put chicken in flour mixture and coat on all sides shaking off excess flour.

Put chicken in egg whites and coat and let excess fall off.

Put chicken in cheese mixture and coat thoroughly pressing into chicken.

Place on well greased cookie sheet in a single layer. Bake for about 20 minutes or until cooked through and golden.

Mix mayonnaise, mustard, honey, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Use as a dip for chicken nuggets.
