  pork spareribs -- cut into individual ribs

  Asian Seasoning - Homemade - see recipe

  crushed red pepper flakes

  garlic -- minced

  ginger root -- minced

  tablespoon

  sesame oil

  cup

  hoisin sauce

1/2

  cup

  plum sauce

  tablespoon

  low sodium soy sauce


Combine  Asian seasoning, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil in a small bowl.

Place ribs in a glass pan and rub with Asian mixture. Cover pan and let marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Heat oven to 350°F.

Mix hoisin, plum sauce, and soy sauce together.

Put ribs on rack over a foil lined pan. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.

Brush half of glaze over ribs and bake 10 minutes.

Turn ribs over and brush the remaining glaze over ribs and bake another 10 minutes.
