  no salt added diced tomatoes with basil, garlic & oregano -- drained

  low sodium Worcestershire sauce

Heat oven to 325°F.

Mix flour, salt, and pepper together.

Dredge meat in flour coating completely. Using meat pounder or edge of skillet pound meat until about 1/2 inch thick. Cut into six pieces.

Heat oil in Dutch oven and brown meat on both sides

Add remaining ingredients and cover and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until meat is tender.
