Sweet Peas and Onions

  sweet sherry

Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat. Add onions and cook 10 to 15 minutes until brown, soft and caramelized.
Add peas, sherry, salt, nutmeg, and marjoram. Cook until peas defrost and are heated through.
