Sweet Onions and Peppers

1   small   sweet onion thinly sliced

  ground turmeric

  vegetable oil

Slice peppers into strips removing seeds.
Heat oil in frying pan to medium. Add peppers and onions and cook until softened.
Add peas, turmeric and water. Heat until peas are warmed through.
