Sweet Onion Dip

1 | tablespoon | unsalted butter |
Melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat and add onion. Cook 15 to 20 minutes until onions caramelized. Stir frequently to prevent scorching. Add remaining ingredients in a container with a lid and mix well. Cool onions and add to sour cream mixture and mix well. Refrigerate for at least four hours to let flavors meld. Makes 16 servings. |
