Sweet and Spicy Bread

Mix together the maple syrup, honey, cinnamon, cloves and molasses with the water.

Sprinkle yeast on top of water mixture, let rest for 5 minutes.

Add olive oil.

Mix in all-purpose flour.

Knead dough, adding white bread or all-purpose flour as needed to obtain correct consistency.

Preheat oven to 350F.

Let dough rise for 1 1/2 hours.

Form into 2 balls or one French loaf.

Put directly into oven; cook for about 23 minutes.

Let cool for 3 minutes.
