Stuffed Caprese Cherry Tomatoes

  mozzarella cheese -- freshly ground

 basil -- fresh -- sliced thin


Cut small slice off bottom of tomatoes so then will stand up.

Cut tops off of tomatoes and scoop out seeds.

Mix olive oil and balsamic together.

Mix salt and Italian seasoning together.

Sprinkle tomatoes evenly with oil and seasoning mixtures.

Place a cube of cheese in each tomato and sprinkle basil over top.
