
Streusel Puffs

| 1/2 | cup | granulated sugar |

| 1 | large | egg |
| 3/4 | cup | 2% low-fat milk |
| 1/4 | cup | marmalade or other jam or jelly |

| Heat oven to 400°F. Mix 1/2 cup flour and brown sugar in a small bowl. Cut in 2 tablespoons butter. Nix until the flour and brown sugar a well mixed to the consistency of rough sand. Sift 2 cups of flour, sugar, baking power, and salt. Cut remaining butter into the mixture. Combine egg and milk in a small bowl. Add all at once to the dry mixture. Batter will be lumpy. Spoon 1 heaping tablespoon batter into each cup of muffin tin. Top center of each cup with 1 teaspoon of marmalade. Spoon remaining batter evenly of the cups. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
