Steamed Lobster Tails

  lobster tails -- 4 each

  butter

  water

Bring an inch of water to boil in a large pot or wok.

Place steamer insert so it is just above the water level.

Put the tails on a rack and cover and steam for about 8 minutes.

Serve with melted butter.
