Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high. Add sausages and onions and meat and cook until meat browns and onions start to soften. Add tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, pepper, cayenne, and A-1® Steak Sauce. Reduce heat and cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add corn, tomatoes, green pepper, pimentos, and chilies. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes or until the green pepper is tender. Sprinkle cheese over top to serve. Makes 4 servings |
