Spicy Fried Potatoes

Heat water in large skillet to boiling. Add potatoes and cover and let cook 10 minutes or until tender. Drain. Add butter and spices to empty skillet and melt butter and stirring in spices to coat. Add potatoes back to pan and stir to coat slices. Let heat for a minute or two. Makes 6 servings. |
