Sesame Noodles

  light soy sauce

  sweet sherry

  Tiger Sauce -- or other chili sauce

  sesame oil

  plum vinegar

  tablespoon

  brown sugar

  tablespoon

  ginger root -- minced

  tablespoon

  sesame seeds -- toasted

Make noodles according to directions. Drain.
In a small saucepan add soy sauce, chili sauce, sherry, sesame oil, vinegar, brown sugar, and ginger root. Heat until boiling and blended.
Pour sauce over noodles. Add sesame seeds and mix thoroughly.
Can be served either warm or cold.
