Make noodles according to directions. Drain. |
In a small saucepan add soy sauce, chili sauce, sherry, sesame oil, vinegar, brown sugar, and ginger root. Heat until boiling and blended. |
Pour sauce over noodles. Add sesame seeds and mix thoroughly. |
Can be served either warm or cold. |
