Salmon with Salsa

  steaks -- 1 inch thick

  seasoned salt

  homemade salsa -- see recipe

  olive oil

Heat oil in skillet over medium-high.

Season salmon with salt and pepper on both sides.

Cook until fish flakes easily about 6 minutes total.

Serve with salsa over the top.
