Salmon with Basil Mayonnaise

 low fat mayonnaise

 low fat sour cream

  fresh lemon juice

  olive oil

  vegetable cooking spray

Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.

Place the salmon on the baking sheet and drizzle each steak with 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes or until fish is cooked through.

Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, basil, and lemon juice together. Top salmon with mayonnaise before serving.
